News for the 2026-27 season
Our third album, ‘Nui’ , featuring repertoire by Fanny Mendelssohn, Felix Mendelssohn, and Korean American composer Juri Seo, will be released this September 4th.
As we celebrate our tenth anniversary, we are excited to share a new chapter.
On September 4, we will release our third album, Nui, featuring music by Fanny Mendelssohn, Felix Mendelssohn, and Korean American composer Juri Seo. Inspired by the enduring bond between Fanny and Felix Mendelssohn, Nui explores the idea of siblinghood, connection, and artistic dialogue across generations. It also reflects our ongoing commitment to championing the voices of women composers alongside the core repertoire, creating conversations between works that deserve to be heard together.
This season, we are delighted to continue our residency with San Francisco Performances, presenting four Saturday morning concerts with Robert Greenberg exploring the musical journeys of American composers and European composers who made America their home.
In spring, we begin our first Beethoven String Quartet Cycle—an artistic milestone we have long dreamed of sharing.
Thank you for being part of our journey over the past ten years. We look forward to sharing this new season—and the next decade of music—with you.
